If the word has taken you days to find out – even after research – why would an agency want to use this word to describe itself? It will just become another non-word word – where the meaning is lost, or rather never fully understood. Not what I would consider a strong position for an agency. If it doesn’t make sense the first time you hear/read/see it, the job hasn’t been done properly.
