TEDx is coming…

After attending the TED talks in London in 2009, our own Jim Prior, along with Rory Sutherland and Julian Treasure all agreed that it would be a good idea to run a TED-like event for industry leaders that focused on the importance of creativity within business. They then hit upon the idea of running their own TEDx event. A TEDx event is an independently organised TED event. (set within the same format as TED talks)

The title of the event they conceived is “Why better human understanding is the future of business success”. Teaming up with event partners Millward Brown, Deloitte and Haymarket Brand Media, they have made it a reality.

TEDxNewSt is being held in October (2010) and is an invitation only event. If you would like to register for an invitation, or simply find out more, then please visit the microsite and submit your details online.
