Mini Grand Tour

Don’t you just love Twitter. Follow a bunch of design companies and blogs and all of a sudden your open to a whole world of stuff that you wouldn’t normally see, plus you get to see it a good week before it starts going around Facebook.

I was amazingly impressed when I clicked on this link for artist Isaac Cordal: he makes miniature cement statues, a bit like Anthony Gormley, but in reverse. Bizarrely enough, he seems to have magically recreated our Grand Tour campaign, but in a small scale as one of his pieces!

It’s nice to see that, while art has influenced design, design is now influencing art back!
