Twitterholic

I have to say that there’s a lot of stuff written in the press about Twitter: the micro-blogging service that is a bit like Facebook status on steroids without the nonsense of having to admire baby or pet photos — will it or won’t it take off as the ‘next big thing’ — who cares if I’m bored of searching on GettyImages or whether I’m feeling slightly billious after eating a Three Compasses thai on a Friday afternoon. Stephen Fry in particular currently has 271,901 followers and somehow, he is managing to follow 54,329 of them — does he get time to do anything else? In it, he talks about his ‘side project’ that ended up taking over his life and the many uses that evolved out of Twitter. Very interesting…
